Who is Exped Global Solutions?
Exped is an Algerian digital solutions company based in Oran. We bring together software development, cartography, immersive experiences, design and connected systems. The SARL was created on March 13, 2025, continuing a journey of independent projects. Our role is to translate a concrete need into a tool, content or usable experience. Discover our history.
What is the connection between Exped, Exped360, ExpedGIS and ExpedAR?
Exped is the parent brand. Exped360 brings together virtual tours and place discovery experiences. ExpedGIS is about geographic tools and mapping. Do you only work in Oran?
Oran is our base. We study projects in Algeria and internationally according to the scope and conditions of implementation. Some steps can be carried out remotely; others, such as recording or intervention on equipment, require an on-site presence. The location, travel and responsibilities must be specified when scoping the project.
How to request a useful quote?
Present your activity, the problem to be solved, the people involved and the expected result. Attach, if possible, a sample document or a current journey without sensitive data. Indicate the tools to keep, the field constraints and your deadline. These elements make it possible to prepare a concrete exchange before defining the scope and the budget. Present my project.
What should I do if my idea is not yet precise?
You can start with a difficulty: too much re-typing, information that is difficult to find, a complicated reservation or a location that is difficult to present. It is not necessary to know any technology. We first seek to understand the users, decisions and work steps. The framing then allows you to choose a first perimeter and the points to check before completion.
What are the deadlines for a project?
They depend on the functionalities, available content, integrations and validations. We do not give a single duration for all projects. A proposal must specify the steps, deliverables and contributions expected from each party. The availability of references, data recovery and access to equipment can influence the schedule as much as the development.
How does the collaboration work?
We start by understanding the context and defining a scope. Then come the design of the courses, the creation, the integrations and the commissioning. The terms of validation and handling are to be agreed in the proposal. It is useful to appoint a professional representative capable of answering questions from the field and validating important choices.
Should we replace all our Excel files with an ERP?
Not automatically. A well-maintained file may remain suitable for limited use. A shared system becomes interesting when several people depend on the same information, when re-entry increases or when corrections become difficult to follow. Can custom software communicate with our current tools?
This is a possibility to study. It depends on the available interfaces, export formats, access rights and technical or contractual conditions of existing tools. We examine the data to be exchanged and the responsibilities in the event of failure. An integration should account for duplicates, corrections, and recovery from disruption, not just the first successful transfer.
How to choose a first artificial intelligence project?
Choose a repetitive task whose result can be verified: find a procedure, extract fields or prepare a draft based on approved information. Prepare representative examples, a business owner, and a human validation rule. Data quality and the consequences of an error must be examined before expanding access or actions. Can an application work in the field with a limited connection?
Depending on the need, an application can offer local input and subsequent synchronization. However, it is necessary to specify what data is available offline, how conflicts are resolved and what the user sees when the connection returns. Feasibility also depends on the terminal, browser, volumes and security constraints. This behavior must be planned from the design stage.
How are data and backups taken into account?
We must specify together the necessary data, access, hosting, conservation and planned backups. Maintenance and restoration responsibilities are part of the scope to be agreed. Avoid sharing sensitive data from a first message: an anonymized example is often enough to understand the need. The obligations applicable to your activity must also be examined by the competent people.
What is the difference between a 360° tour and a 3D or AR experience?
A 360° tour allows you to explore viewpoints captured in a place. A 3D representation describes an object or a space according to the content produced. Augmented reality superimposes digital content on the environment seen by a compatible device. The right format depends on the use: discovering a hotel, understanding a space or viewing a product at home do not require the same experience.
What is a GIS for an organization?
A geographic information system associates information with its location. It can help explore a network, find observations, consult equipment or read a territorial distribution. Can you link software to equipment or sensors?
We study the needs for connected systems, supervision and integration with equipment. Feasibility depends on protocols, documentation and authorized access. On an industrial installation, observation and control must be distinguished. Interventions require validations adapted to the site; a web interface does not replace equipment security protections or procedures.

Is the newspaper available in French, English and Arabic?
The new files are offered in three languages, with a selector on each article. The archives are also filtered by language. Some historical articles remain available only in their language of publication.
